Step one:
Place an order and pay for it.
Step two:
  • Click the button “Trace Order” on homepage after step one,
  • Once the button “I'm in game" shows gray means u are in game now (if the button shows black means you need click it to make your order active), we will arrange delivery for your order as soon as possible.
  • Please remember and write down the “Delivery Code” （NOT Paypal Transaction ID）of this delivery.


Step three:
When you meet our delivery guy, please get your gold first, after this, tell him the Delivery Code.
(Caution: Please don't tell him the Delivery Code until you got your gold.)


Step four:
Click the button “I've got gold” on the page of “Trace Order” then the delivery is completed.
(We will list the balance delivery on the page, please check and refresh the page as soon as you log in game next time.)
