The Spring Festival of China and Asia areas is coming. Itemgarden will adjust shop hours for the long holiday as follows,

• The delivery of WOW-EU will be paused from 5 o'clock AM,4th,Feb,2008(Paris Time) to 2 o'clock AM,10th,Feb,2008(Paris Time).
• To avoid the jams of ordering and deliveries when the business resumed on 10th,Feb, we will open reservation for WOW-EU at 10 o'clock AM,9th,Feb,2008(Paris Time). Although we will start deliveries till 2 o'clock AM,10th,Feb,2008 (Paris Time), it will still be helpful to make you get goods earlier than other customers if you place a reservation order in advance.

If you have placed order and have not got goods until 5 o'clock AM,4th,Feb,2008(Paris Time), please don't worry about it and don't make a dispute on paypal. Dear Customers of WOW,

Since face to face trade mode comes, more and more customers came to livehelp, which makes the speed of our accepting chats slower. We are very sorry for that.

To avoid the jam, we added new function into "Trace Order". When you are in game, please log into "Trace Order", and click "I'll be in game". Then all delivery men in game can get your message and whrisper you back as soon as posiible. So you don't need to speak to operators and just keep playing in game, the delivery men can get your message directly.
